Living in a terraced house. I woke up this morning to the sound of hammering in someone's house, yet again. I'm so fricking sick of it at this point. It's like a competition in our terrace, one finishes with the DIY/ home improvement and another has to start:mad:

Count yourself lucky it's just d.i.y.
My walls are practically non existant. I can't tell you how many times I've been woken by hearing the noises of my Frisky neighbours :(

Apt post number there Deise08 :D
Would knocking on the wall put a stop to their friskiness?:)

Some Sat nite, when you know they are staying in (no pun intended) put a porno flic on, stick the TV speakers against the wall, crank it up, and go for a few pints:eek:

Some men are behaving more and more like girls nowadays with their "man bags" and their "ironic beards"

Yes, I will judge you if you turn up to a meeting and whip a tablet from your man bag before you start stroking your ironic beard right in my face!

And skinny ties that aren't tied properly (that ridiculous looking half windsor effort!), ohh for the love of... It's like they don't WANT to be taken seriously or something! :(

What the Samuel L. Jackson you talkin' 'bout, boy? I have no beard, ironic or otherwise, and I am not a Hipster! The term "Ironic beard" tickles my funny-bone big-time! :D

Oh we get that too, but not for a while. Either they've given up on sex or decided to keep the noise down. Either way I'm not missing their nocturnal noises.

Am on a train at the moment, the couple seated in front of me have repeated the same few lines of conversation to one another since we started out, half an hour ago.
'I thought you might want to sit this side' (facing direction of travel).
'No, it's okay, I'm fine here. I've seen the scenery before'.

'I thought you might want to sit...'

And on it goes. Oh well only another hour and a half to go.

People who have their fog lights on when its not even foggy

People who don't acknowledge you when you let them pull out onto the road in front of you

People who overtake you, then put their left indicator on to tell you they're pulling back in to the left lane.(oh thanks for indicating, I thought you were going to continue on driving in the right hand lane and into the oncoming traffic!!

People who are cruising along a main road at the speed limit but as soon as they see a cop car up ahead they slow to a crawl. Why? You're not going to be arrested for driving at an appropriate speed. Slowing down from 80kmh to 40kmh is insane.

When you're watching a programme and the adverts come on. You flick through channels and then forget what you were originally watching.

That or people seeing that the cops have already pulled someone over at the side of the road so they slap on their brakes and crawl past at a good 10-20 kph lower than the speed limit and travel at that speed for the next 5 miles.

I guess it's in case the cop for some reason decides to drop everything he's doing in relation to the person he has already pulled over to hop into the squad car and pursue someone who has just passed him traveling well under the speed limit

Why can't people use their brains in their day to day lives?

Sam Smith's whiney singing voice and his crap songs

Or the fact that his new song "Stay With Me" is a blatant rip of Tom Petty "I Won't Back Down," but just like One Direction completely get away with ripping off songs from thirty years ago, so will Sam Smith, and as do a criminally large amount of modern pop acts.

Shoes can be really uncomfortable though, especially during a rushed morning commute. It makes sense to me!

Men casually carrying take-away coffee anywhere that isn't an office. It looks a bit emasculating. This scene in "That Awkward Moment" in particular I found pretty cringey: http://www.joblo.com/newsimages1/that-awkward-momentcb.jpg

I dunno. It's just a bit like they've got coffee instead of testicles.

Why do people "thumbs down" Youtube videos? I don't see the point of it, or why people do it. Unless it's a video with someone being abused or something, or a misleading title on a video, or deliberately fake upload or something. Other than that I really don't understand when a video has lots of thumbs down. If you don't like the video, then that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it, it's just not what you were looking for. Just move along with yourself and leave it alone.
