Can I play Rome 2?

Hi guys, I know absolutely nothing about RAM or Graphics Cards etc. unfortunately so I'm asking if my computer can play Shogun 2 on medium-poor setting is there any hope for Rome2. It runs decent with shogun but there are no faces on my guys really. Thanks :)
