Frank Booth in Blue Velvet (Denis Hopper).

It's said that a villain is scarier when subtle, but the above is not subtle, yet still the scariest ****er ever, in my opinion!

The Javier Bardem character in No Country For Old Men.

Pacino's Michael character in the Godfather, I loved the way he goes from fresh faced college boy to menacing mob boss over the course of the 1st movie. Everything about his demeanor changes.

    Travis Bickle, classic anti-hero.

Driver from "Drive" was a pretty good villain.

Can't go wrong with a bit of Walter White.

There's probably alot more I can't think of off the top of my head. I don't know what this says about my psychology, but does anyone relate to the villain alot more? I always root for the bad guy.

Ashur (The Syrian) in Spartacus was quite good (in fact, a lot of characters from that show could fit the list).

Francis Urquhart from the original House of Cards.

John Dall in Hitchcock's Rope. Well worth watching for his creepy, controlling performance alone, no idea why he didn't go on to become a star.
