I was looking to get one of these but found that the 920 has pretty much the same spec but with double the internal memory for less money. The screen is different and it doesn't have a metal body. I got. The 920.

i had a iphone 4s before. I much prefer this even if there are a few features missing that i got used to on IOS.

The main complaint about the 920 was the weight. So the 925 was made lighter for this reason. Hence the changes.
