eFibre installed 5 days. still 15mb down speed

    as it says above... 

    tech staff cant answer me and went from saying it takes 24 hours to activate to 10 working days.... what the hell?

    I was getting 17mb on the old NGB
    On fibre i get 15mb. 
    I was told i would get 50mb. 

    Should i be happy?
    This is a joke!

    Very sorry to hear of this, I'm not sure why you were advised of this as you already have your efibre installed. I have replied to yesterdays PM just recently.
