No idea why, and stats point against it, and Brest have a bad lineup on attackers, but I am giving BTTS (Yes) @ 3.10 (Brest v Din. Minsk) due to the high odds

Main bet of the day is still the Eredivisie above post, but giving this a shot at small stakes to have something to keep a lool at for the next 2 hours!

Preston won last 5 at home in a row. Won 6/9 drawing 3.

Levante look big to me at 13/5 at home to valencia (5/4)

    just a point between both (8th v 10th)
    nothing to play for
valencia have only won 3 away all season but both come into
this in good form but have only won once away this year (v barca :pac:)
    levantes home form reads 6-6-6

levante beat athletico at home last time whereas valencia
    drew away to real

am thinking levante and draw might be worth a lump at 8/11?

maybe someone knows why so big ...injuries maybe

Cabaye anytime time @ 6.5/1, he starts and has a good eye for a goal

And of course he is subbed before half time - sums up my luck

Right, so looking at Heerenveen v AZ Alkmaar (I don't know why I was drawn to this game of all today's game... but anyway).

Finnbogason is an important player for Heerenveen. He is the top scorer for the team, the top scorer in the league, and #6 in running for the Golden Shoe. He scored 29 goal in 32 games. That is massive. He is however injured for this game. That's a big blow.

From what I can dig up, Ziyech seems to be promoted from sub to starter when when needed, and this seems like one of those times. He replaced Finnbogason at HT last game, and should be on from the start here. Also, Heerenveen should be attacking hard in this game, as they are 3 - 0 down on aggregate from the 1st leg.

Also, when Ziyech starts against AZ he usually scores.

    2z3vDO2.png

The first game on that list the recent first leg of the playoffs - where is was brought on as a sub to replace injured Finnbogason. He did not score - but I feel the team was not organized the right way to help him score after having to be subbed on. The other two games, in which he started, were better suited to him, and the tactics going into the game were best to give him a chance to score - and he did twice in each. I think the same is possible today!

Also, and interesting tweet from Opta to show on active he was in 1st leg after getting subbed on - even if he did not score.

    8SoDViU.png

Ziyech Anytime @ 4.00 seems worthwhile to me - I even opened up a Unibet account to make the bet! Small bet on 2 or more @ 10.00 due to his history against AZ.

Was not able to watch this live, but catching up now, and sorry I was not able to pick a winner here for those than followed. Seems the team was by far the most attacking like I guessed (30 shots at goal), but did not get the goals they wanted from that pushing forward.

Ziyech and Finnbogason probably wont be there next year now that they did not qualify for Europe. van Basten gone too. Not a good feeling for them next season!

Maybe this is late night me not making sense, but Liverpool beating the team with some of the worst form in the league, and Man City having a probelm and secumming to a late goal against one of the most defensively annoying would not be the strangest thing to ever happen in the Premiership,

Andy Carroll winning Liverpool the league :pac:

Liverpool Premiership @ 20.00 is probably a worthwhile last bet to the season!

Man United Crystal Palace double 6/1

Giggs last game in charge, United will want to finish on a high and Palace are in good form.

Liverpool, Man City, Southampton and Arsenal for me. 9/2 four fold. 3 points stake.

Also, all 10 teams in Prem to score today. 2 quid gets you 300 back . Worth it for interest.

Under 2.5 in Skala vs IF @ 2.40

Skala's last 5 games have gone under 2.5, small bet cuz usually stats don't mean **** in the Faroese league.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,185 ✭✭✭tinodz

Germán Gustavo Denis has 6 goals in the last 10 Atalanta Home Games. Playing AC Milan today, who are around 14th best (or should that be worst?) when it comes to defending. Last home game for Atalanta, hopefully he ends the season with something memorable!

    Denis Anytime @ 3.30
