Wow, Wow, Wow shocker from the Patriots. I think he could be the second best QB in the draft.

And have to add, just loved Willie McGinest there teasing the Jets fans.:D One of my all time favourite players.

Holy ****... did not see that coming. Jimmy Garoppolo to New England baby.

I'm still a little miffed with the Rams moving up for Joyner, they more than likely could have moved back and still got him plus he's pretty undersized at 5 8.

Can't hate it tbh. Brady will be 37 at season starts.

That 49ers pick doesn't say much for Marcus lattimore. Him and lmj on thin ice.

This is going to be huge news tomorrow. So clearly Mallett is gone?

Any chance that the Texans trade their 3rd round pick for Mallet?

We had Garoppolo in for a visit but I thought it would be McCarron, surprised with the pick but can't argue with the quality of the kid.

The main reason is, we are not going to pay Mallett the big money to sit on the bench when his rookie contract ends.

I want to go to bed but I want to see who the Rams draft next more (please trade up)

Really like the Landry pick by the Dolphins. I watched a few Mettenberger games yesterday and Landry was making more plays than OBJ.

i understand his reasoning but its far from the worst pick so far

Heh, i bet that skins fan from earlier is happy now.

Seahawks just got a millen grade too

Really, really don't like the Garoppolo pick. The one big advantage is that he will get to learn from Brady for a few seasons, but I'd be amazed if he ever made it as the starting QB for a team like the Patriots.

I seen a comment where someone said he'll sit for a few years until Brady and Bill retire before the new regime just bring in their own guy, that's a good prediction.

I don't think Mallet is the answer for the Texans either if that's what ends up happening from this move though I suspect it will just be to have someone there when Mallet is a free agent this time next year rather than having a trade lined up.

Really intriguing by the Texans. Filling a number of important holes and making their team all around better. Except for QB.

Do you guys think they will trade for Mallett soon or are they hoping to see McCarron or Savage drop to 4th/5th round? And if not, look to trade for Mallett over the next couple of weeks?

"Coming from Virginia, is this your favourite team?"
"Uh.....wow........it's crazy, words can't describe how I feel right now."

Translated = "No, but I'm glad they're paying me."
