Had a feeling Bortles would go early.

Wide awake. No idea what the draft is? American football equivalent of deadline day in the premiership I presume. I couldn't name one player in that league so the last few pages have read like some strange coded foreign language to me :) . Going to flick through tomorrow's cards, that should make the eyes tired. And if that fails, I can always watch a playback of some old World Series of poker final tables in advance of the 2014 series.

Was laughed at when I mentioned that Israel bet today in work, hadn't even thought about the politics involved but in hindsight what a ridiculously stupid punt!

I'm not ribbing at all btw, had a score on the top 10 finish myself and feel like a right mug!

The Austrian fella/lady surely has a great shout!

In fairness the lad who put it up is ridiculously good. He's usually spot on but can't be right 100% of the time

His track record is second to none

Edit: he also called Ireland not to qualify

Ya was a shock really but once it got past the rams at 13 nobody really needed him until the browns traded in.

The browns did quite well with their trading although I'm not sure about trading from 9 to 8 to get Gilbert was necessary.

Ah yeah as I said I wasn't ribbing and judging by other posts he is clearly a bit of a whizz!
But it still has to go down as one of the most idiotic gambles I have followed and I can only laugh at myself for completely forgetting about the political implications re Eurovision!

And yeah, great shout re Ireland to be fair!

    I've a ludicrous hangover

Work night out yesterday, woke up at 5.30am dying for a number two. Barely slept after. Crawled into work for 10. Gonna be a long day

Going to Supermacs, Burger King and McDonalds on the crawl home will do that!

Taking MD will do that colonel

Convert, can you please explain? Not being smart, I'm sure there is a genuine reason.

I think naughto's comment below should explain the reasoning:

this is whats coming up on shovel girls clip

"this video has been removed because its content violated youtube's terms of service"

If it doesn't, this should: the video showed a girl being hit/attacked by someone else. It's not something which should be posted anywhere.

And as mentioned umpteen times before, and in the forum charter: if you have a query/problem with modding, can you please PM the mod(s)/CMod(s) rather than posting on thread.

That's what they are anticipating it will be by the off tomorrow. I played it last week, think it will avoid it this week. Anything odds against for it to roll is a bet.

Can we change the charter to suit the forum? This is a male dominated forum yet we're not allowed talk about things they are in other male dominated forums, like soccer for instance. Surely the charter should suit the best needs of the main users of the forum. And everyone here would appreciate a more relaxed system I'd say, especially in an off topic thread

Looking forward to watching Wigan and QPR later with a few beers. Should be a decent game.

Today was a long day, staring into the computer, trying to see the future. I shall be drinking a few ales later. Quite a few actually. And some food. Yes. I think I'll have some tapas with my ale. Why not. F-k it. As L'Oreal would say, I'm worth it. Ales & Tapas. Going to get kitted out like one of those sapeurs and hit the town.

Are you promoting irresponsible alcohol consumption? I'm not sure that's allowed on this forum...

I don't try it to often but. A splash of blackcurrant isn't bad. Just a splash now possibly with water.

Jagermister = thumping hangover. once you hit 30+, your ability to handle shots literally falls off a cliff. Body has zero tolerance. Zero tolerance, name of a decent sprinter iirc.
