Not sure what warrants giving up so much, when the likes of Evans and Ebron could perhaps have been gotten without the trade.

I really don't rate Bortles as a first round, let alone first QB. Let alone again the 3rd overall pick :P

Neither did I, but maybe see how the pick works out before proclaiming the idiocy of those who made it.

If Browns were hoping to pick a QB with their first pick that could be a great trade. A 1st rounder for next year and the player they wanted may still be available when their pick comes back around.

Yea once pick is in flashes up I'm muting the TV.

Outside of Clowney the rest of the picks are poor so far

Yeah, I'll be back to you on that in 2 or 3 years, will I? :pac:

Sure there's no fun in that.

No the guy is not a No.1 WR. He is quick but very raw in terms of the pro's. He will never be a 1,000 yard receiver

Chucky will be happy with that, I'd say.

Like that pick to the Raiders, continue to work on that defense

How much do we reckon Gruden gets paid per mention of Manziel's name? Every second word is Manziel :pac:

    Lewis really likes Mack.

Falcons have to do the obvious thing and take Matthews, surely?

Great trade for the Browns, not gonna lie I wanted Watkins with that pick so can see why the Bills traded though.

As I said, great trade, but when are the Browns gonna stop this and just go for it?

#9....I don't even know what to expect #BELIEVELAND

Eisen's a tosser, what's the point in banning the shots of the prospects on the phone if you're going to ask Mayock: 'with 5 seconds left what's your thoughts'

Tell me about it. Tampa and Minny could take the next two from the top of our board.

Tbh, they're better off. Let the pressure lie on Bortles and the Jags with what looks like a reach.

Who would have thought there would be more pressure on Bortles than Manziel after this Draft?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,317 ✭✭✭HigginsJ

That is two great picks in a row. Matthews is the definition of plug & play

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

I love that pick. Matt Ryan was the most pressured QB in the league last season. Matthews can play LT/RT equally as well. Plug him in on that line and he'll be there for 10 + years if he stays fit. The best OT in the draft by a distance IMO.

Wahey! Nice sensible pick. Hopeful he can help the run game.

Matthews looks like his arms are going to burst his suit.

Great pick and fit for the Falcons.

Can't complain with how each team has picked so far.

Wonder what the Bills will do at QB.

Trading up to Watkins at that premium must mean some high ideas.

Hoping Cleveland pull something out of the bag. Don't know if I can watch til #9

    ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
