Really stupid question probably, but I'm thinking of heading to the driving range today. But I have jeans on me at the moment and was going to go on my way home (spur of the moment!).

Do they allow jeans on the driving range? Would rather respect their wishes than turn up and cause annoyance to someone. :)

You could probably wear a bikini and it wouldn't be a problem.

I'm there a few times a week and there's always guys wearing jeans. You'll be fine.

Wouldn't trust myself in a bikini, in to out is always a worry.
It'd bring an new meaning to an air ball too.

While we're on Leopardstown Range.. Have they got new balls in lately?
Last time I was there was about 3 months ago and I thought they were fairly poor, the time to replace them was long overdue

Seemed like pretty old balls to me yesterday. I didn't realise but apparently it's 4 euro for 110 balls until 4 oclock on weekdays.

I have the blisters on my hand to show for it. :(

True.....unless you used your mobile phone. A bit stuffy about it there. Nonesense IMHO. You can have kids laughing and messing in a bay beside you, but speak to someone on your mobile and your are committing a mortal sin. Most driving ranges sensibly have no such hang up (!).

Not sure how you can moan about that when they have very clear signs asking you not to use your mobile

Complaining about the signs being there in the first place.

I was up there today and I thought that there was a higher percentage of newer/better balls in the basket.

Still quite a number of shoite ones though.

Its €6 for a large basket up to 4pm, not €4.
