AIB Interview HELP

Hi.

I have an interview for AIB on thursday for customer service I think (I applied for a few jobs with them and they didnt state which one the aptitude test was for).

Anyway, does anyone have any experience with this? What type of questions do they ask? They said it was competency based. Just wondering if its difficult.

how did the interview go? I have one this week, can you remember at all any of the questions asked ?
