Home from pub so I'm a bit wonky. Great season. Shame it has to end like this. Rodgers got his game management wrong for the last two games. Liverpool fans showed way too much hubris. Emotion got to players after City game. But still, we're in a competitive position thanks to the Rodgers. But I worry about our tactical naivety for next season's CL.

Going to last game. Got ticket thinking we would be competing only for 4th. We've had a bit of an adventure since then. Ah, **** it.

And then we lose to Newcastle!

    Not happening.

If Liverpool need goals they won't have any problem scoring them against us.

    Scoring goals isn't the problem.

    7-4 Newcastle nailed on.

Horrible sleepness night. I have to be very careful in what I say today because after the garbage I saw on here last night (and it seems some kept it going through the night, cringe like), I'm in no mood to indulge people in their "bantz".

Poor Maroon and Green....tried so hard last night to get some attention and everybody blanked him.

i want city to blow it now, more so for the utd fans who have delighted in the last two results for us, they really were terrified we would win the league, they could not wait for us to slip, we slipped.. its football ..if they were city fans who were actually challenging us fair game.. utd fans have nothing to be proud of this season,zero..

so i want city to slip now, for the utd fans.. on my phone,my facebook,on here.. they will ****in implode, and i will haunt them.

ps. i love luis suarez, real man love,100% effort and will to win.

It would be great if villa could repeat the 3-2 victory over the rich arab mancs from earlier in the season
villa have nothing to lose and a point to prove..should be an interesting match.

Yea it doesn't feel great but lots of positives, and also lots of fine tuning to be done.

look if that game last night cost us the top4 then it would have been unbearable, but it hasn't.

We should still get 2nd and try and remember our goal at the start of the season.

Again still some work to do but we have a great foundation in place.

Its not all doom and gloom :)

Have a search through Twitter. The official Spurs twitter account has since deleted it but it was captured by others.

I think the frustration will die soon enough once things are put back in perspective. We've achieved a lot this season and have much to luck forward to.

So let the muppets have their lols, the reality of their situation will kick back in once we kick off next season, while we'll be able to enjoy being back in the big time. ;)

You might want to see a doctor about that smell of bull**** coming off you....can't be healthy...

It wasn't me that kept on about the betting slip. Your remark here probably indicates that you don't have an intelligent answer to make yourself.

    Not good enough. Simple.

But to finish second is absolutely amazing and something that none of us expected.

Great achievement for a club with no defenders.

Message to Benzino, 5Live and others that are fascinated about my bet.

If it is that big of an issue to you I will email you a slip when (or if) my bet comes good. Send me your email address.

To the other genuine supporters apologies for this farce, I just mentioned the bet as a throwaway comment.

At the start of the season we looked at the resources of the teams above us and said we would do well to make the top 4. That we have stayed with City and Chelsea and all their millions in resources and world class talent has been amazing.
To say that we will still be in with a chance of winning the league on Sunday is also unbelievable. For neutrals and pundits to state that we have been the most entertaining team in the PL and playing the best attacking football to boot, says it all really.
I expected one more twist before the Palace game, now we hope for another one or two in our favour. City have to get 4 points from 6 and I am sure that both Villa and West Ham will try to spoil the party. Both teams have the firepower to upset the odds, we live in hope

Don't take any notice of them, these are the same supporters who were talking about the "class of 92" leading them to glory 10 days ago and then 7 days later saying that LVG needs to clear the club of the same class of 92 :)
You may be sure that they would infest the city thread if they slip up now as well.
I think that they are slowly but surely becoming the noisy neighbours.

Yea that was good to see no one even acknowledged his existence.

I think we should come up with a word that will distract and let everyone know to ignore an obvious case of WUM infection.

How's about we shout 'Bamboo' ?

That should get the attention of the Pandas and keep them a safe distance away :p

For 70-odd minutes, I thought last night was one of our best performances of the season, given our usual struggles against Pulis teams away from home and given their form.

I still shaken from what happened in the last 15 minutes. Dreadful stuff

    Or a downing freekick

Nah it will pan out like this...

Corner to west ham in the 92nd minute.

Joe Cole whips the ball in, Andy Carroll jumps for the header and heads it into Downings a$$ and the ball ends up in the back of the net.

Dont anyone tell me Sakho, Flanagan etc are good enough either

anyone a tiny bit concerned at Suarez reaction last night?

kinda reminded me of the way he reacted when we got knocked out of the Europa last season, and as if he knew he possibly wont have another chance with the club.
