    Hi, can anyone tell me can one person press charges against another for;
    Vandalism, Litter, Intimidation, Harassment, Peering threw windows of there own property and Excess Noise, Without any proof?
    This person has no proof what so ever and also has wrote a letter with all these allegations but has also wrote lies that have been proven as lies to a landlord?

    What can I the second person do about these claims?
    :confused:

    Go to AGS and go to a solicitor, the solicitor will explain any civil remedy you may have and the a Garda can investigate a number of possible criminal aspects.
