    No Ramsey...lol :D

Barkley as 3rd sub is looking pretty inspired decision making right now, especially with Chester as first sub on 0 and out for the season.

Should have watched my subs more closely.

Ramsey not on the bench. Ok. This means Coleman is coming into the team which is not good. But if Rooney doesn't play as well Barkley will be coming off the bench with 9 points.

I'm glad this game is almost over :pac:

ramsey out means shaw comes in with 6, at least somewhat makes up for my last minute blunder to switch chester 1st sub in for shaw.

In the last two GW I have brought in Ramsey, Rooney, yaya and aguero. It's like I pick the guys going to get injured and not play.

On too of that I have Drummett who got taken off at half time yesterday,

Watch Suarez and Gerrard run wild now :(:(

Bruce to come in for me then. With Chester injured, that might workout okay.

Lallana in for me with 3 so not terrible at least. Is Ramsey injured or just rested?

That's the kind of glass half full attitude which is so rare around here:p

Ramsey makes no difference to me at all. All three of us going for third in our league have him and have a 2 pointer coming off the bench.

As I said before this gameweek started its in the lap of the gods in a lot of cases the scores people get this week . All the decent dgw players had issues, its end of season so you dont know how motivated certain teams are. Then teams that have their league positions secure will rotate certain players. Luck will play a bigger factor this GW compared to most other GWs I feel.

ye probably influenced by them clinching the CL spot last night and making todays game less important.

This is painful. I have four zeroes:
    Chester, Rooney, Ramsey, Demichelles.

Two of who are definitely out. Then I have Rooney and Aguero both flagged--with Aguero as captain. I think I may well be caught by 2nd place in my league. I went into this week with a 62 point lead. He's got Yaya captained, Dzeko, and Silva--all potentially big point scorers, and he galloped up 30 points yesterday.

I have Sterling and Ward to come off the bench. I knew Rooney was a risk but I did not expect this. And he's only as well-positioned as he is because he's been inactive so never bought in Ramsey--as he would have!--or sold Dzeko for Aguero.

This is the ultimate test of luck.

I honestly don't see the point of whingeing/moaning/complaining.

All you can do is setup your team as best you can each week for the deadline and then roll with it.

And here we see the glass half empty attitude favoured by most FSA regulars;)

You're worried that an inactive player is going to make a 62 point gain on you in one week??

I'm a realist! He's active again. Made one substitution this week: Coleman to Vidic. And he's already made 27 points back, so who's to say he won't make the other 35?

I honestly think its because of accountability. It's easier to blame luck than poor decision making.

I have Chester. I transferred him in ahead of Rosenior when I wanted a Hull defender. Rosenior would have garnered me far more points. Now Chester is out for the season.

That was my decision though so just have to get on with it.

If luck played that big a part in the game, why are we bothering with forums like this? There's little point doing research and having strategies if luck has such a huge role to play.
