    Don't think so:

    Terms & Conditions
You can redeem your Tesco Gift Card at any Republic of Ireland Tesco store.
Treat your card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
You can check your Tesco Gift Card balance on your receipt, by phoning 1800 555 955 or online by clicking Check your Gift Card Balance. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please read terms and conditions on the back of the card before you buy. No refunds are available.
TM and © 2012 Apple Inc. All rights reserved. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
Damaged, altered or cancelled cards will not be accepted.
The card and balance will expire five years from last card use.

You might be able to use it with Tesco Direct via parcel motel. Just a thought.

Eh - no. Different countries, different currency, different companies, different vat and tax rules, just to mention a few reasons why not.

Thanks for that sarcastic reply, I was asking as marks and Spencers gift cards bought here can be used in the UK.

Some retailers can handle cross-curency, cross-borders transactions and others can't. I don't know if Tesco fall into this category, but a quick email or tweet to Customer Service should help find out quickly.
