Reving engine blows headlights

I have a 2008 Peugeot 207. If I give the car a good rev to get out of a junction quickly or if I rev to overtake a car I always seem to blow a headlight. I was loosing a headlight about once a week before I figured out what was happening.

I brought the car to Peugeot, they tested it and said there is nothing wrong.

    Any suggestions?
