Strange new bridge near Port Tunnel entrance and East Wall Road?

Does anyone know what this is for? I saw it getting built and it still puzzles me as to exactly what it's for - I've never seen anything go over it...

Maybe they are going to use it for trams. Or for cargo trucks to take the heat off other roads.

The development will consist/consists of the construction of a new 110m long 6.5m wide single lane temporary bridge with access ramps to link Tolka Quay Road over the M50 to an existing storage site within the Port Estate, which is proposed to be temporarily adapted for the storage of imported cars and vans. As part of the works, new traffic signs will be installed on the bridge structure together with provision of an appropriate drainage system, soft lighting and associated works.
