My building is stone coloured. Because it's stone.

Go for magnolia with the burnt senna cornerstones, fascia and trim. Anything but lavender.

I'm just remembering the discussions surrounding the colour choice, it was always going to be Weathershield (only the best, you know) but the competition between Soft Avoca and Cobblelock for the main walls was fierce. When you start referring to the colours by name you know you're fcuked!

Well la di da, no recession in your Dulux house. :D Sandtex or Leyland for me. :(

    Mine is plaster colour.
It's only 12 years old, we'll get it painted someday.

No rush, my aunt built her house over 30 years ago and they're still choosing a colour! Seriously!

Burnt senna is very close to the colour it is now though, I want to be different dammit.:pac:

And what's wrong with lavender? Sheesh, tough crowd.:(

I'm supportive of the lavender! As long as it's not too bright it'll be lovely

    Red brick.

Turns out there's a shade called Elephants Breath.

That made me laugh, a lot. F*cking eejits.

I kind of laughed at the title of this thread, even though it's perfectly normal question. Just not something you hear that often.

    Mine's cremey beigey milky

Oh all right, go for the lavender. Actually, pink and lavender would work well if you want to be really different.

Or you could paint all the cornerstones different pastel shades. :)

I was having trouble with a description of my colour so I'm saying above too!

Gonna paint the house tomorrow, but it's a balls trying to pick colours. I'm thinking something creamy or greyey with lilacy or lavendery on the cornerstones, but I'm flummoxed to be honest.

    Inspire me AH!

Brick red. It's an apartment building. :D

A blue grey, I like it. I said I was painting a few weeks ago to sister in law meaning a bedroom and she said thank fluck hate that blue colour. May just touch it up this year.

My friend's brother does stuff like that, it's really cool!

I think a light grey with either your lilac or lavender on the cornerstones would be lovely. Or a darker grey if you chicken out.

    The burgandy sounds awful :)

Get Banksy round to do the job. You'll never have to paint again.
