hi we had a power outage last night when our washing machine was mid cycle, when the power came back on all the washing lights came on as normal, but it wont finish cycle - i cannot cancel it, i cant empty it, have tried everything - any ideas ?

Might be worth pressing the start button and holding it in for about 10 seconds, that may reset the processor.
