Can't log onto boi business online, again!

As usual, using boi business online is a pain. Not just the usual slow, overcomplicated, unresponsive, glitchy stuff today though. Can't log on. Just keeps popping up as error message saying " Failed to deliver request" and can't get past the log in page. Any ideas? Am I the only one having this problem?
