How do cassidy travel send your tickets?

I booked a holiday with cassidy travel a few months back. I am just wondering how do you get your tickets ? I remember her saying 10 days but I cannot remember wether it is by post or you collect them from the store you booked with. We travel this weekend to Florida so I'm just worried as I haven't received them Yet Thanks…

I booked flights with Cassidy Travel a few months back only because I had a voucher to use, and I got them to email me the tickets... which they did..
