I am familiar with some parts of Navan and know where this estate is but does anyone know what it is like to live there?

Blackcastle Estate - very nice area, quiet, lots of families living there. It's also close to the N51, M2 if you need it.

Yeah its a nice estate. Plenty of familys and green areas. Never seen any trouble around it.
