    Hi,

Still on Next Generation Broadband Solo 35

Cant find on their website what they charge for extra usage on this..can only find info for the new Fibre Optic products. dont want to upgrade as dont want to commit to a contract

Max usage is 30, one month we used ~ 55 and they only charge us for 7 GB extra at 1.35 per GB for a total of ~11 euro. Anybody know if they are likely to charge more if we go considerably over this, or will they cap the overuse charge at "7 GB"?

    Thanks

    HI valor

The details of this package will not be available online as it's no longer provided by eircom but I can confirm that the policy is that the max usage you could be charged for is up to 10GB.

    Thanks
    Al

Thanks for the reply. If usage is way over the limit (for 1 month only), would they give a warning first or cut you straight off or how does that work?

    HI valor

You would never be cutt off based on usage, just charged on what I mentioned above :)
