    Hi there everybody!

So, I'm new to the whole driving malarky and have been actively studying towards the theory test in order to take the learner permit.

On trying to book the test online - I get asked for an eligibility ID. What the hell is it? I can't find any information on the RSA website or the theorytest.ie site?

I am not registered with a driving school as my understanding is such that I can't take lessons in-car until I have a theory test certificate hence why I don't have ''a sponsor''.

Could somebody please shed some light?

    Thanks
