S4 mini vs moto g vs ??

I've looked around and cant find another thread.

So recently my S4 screen broke. 200 euro to replace the screen on a phone that is already a year old. Front camera also wasn't working so I really don't think the phone is worth the repair cost at this stage.

Looking to get a new phone for the same money. Obviously needs to be in the bracket below the S4.

SO far I'm tempted by the moto G. Can be bought for 199 euro for the 16GB version. The downside to this phone is there is no SD card slot.

Another option is the s4 mini. Also available online for 199 euro. I feel after the s4 this would just seem like a let down. I was also disappointed by the build quality of the S4 so i feel like its poor relation wouldn't be the best either.

Are there other options that i have overlooked. Any help is appreciated.
