Switched to eFiber and have been discontinued from MyEircom

    Hey folks,
    Switched to eFiber in Jan and I've noticed I can no longer log into MyEircom. Do I have to reregister now that I am a eFiber customer?

    I can confirm that the 'my eircom' service is not available to efibre customers. Operations have advised me that they hope to have this available to efibre customers within the next few months.
     
    As soon as there is an update on this I will create a notice on this in service updates and announcements.
