My biggest regret is going to the pub for the CL final in 05 after watching every previous game of that campaign at home with her. No matter what happens now I won't be watching the last 4 games anywhere else.

I think I have something stuck in my eye there.

Everytime my mate goes to Sinnots for a match and hounds me to go, only for me to refuse and watch the game from my bed, we win.

Arsenal, Everton, United, Southampton and City are noticeable fixtures.

Last two times I was in Sinnots - FA Cup loss to Arsenal, and the early season loss to Southampton.

    I'm terrified to go again.

Saving grace is I watched the Cardiff game in a pub.

Can't watch a match in my local pub. Went up there twice this season, City and Chelsea games around xmas and we lost. Lucky laptop it is all the way.

In my house.. Mrs is banished when we're on. Eldest has to wear her Mignolet shirt Suarez shorts and can't leave the room until game is over. I haven't worn my shirt since the Southampton game.

    Family think I've cracked

Interesting article in the Indo, was in the Telegraph yesterday.

    Well played sir.

Kind of reminds me of my aunt, who claimed me for Liverpool the day I was born (my whole family follows United) and swears the first words I said were John Barnes.

Watched the CL the whole way up to the final with her, then watched the final in the boozer. Was on the phone to her for most of the second half; poor phone got wrecked when pints went everywhere after the 3rd goal went in.

Always watch the games with my dad at his house. For the Cardiff game a few weeks ago I had to meet a mate for lunch in a pub. Told him under no uncertain circumstances was I watching the match in the pub as Liverpool will lose if I don't watch it in my dad's house and he's laughing at me. Anyway I'm getting ready to leave when his mrs arrives with their new baby so I have to stay and be nice. Liverpool go 1-0 down and I start giving my mate daggers. Goal Suarez 1-1. Liverpool go 2-1 down and I get up and leave. Watch the rest of it in my dads we win 3-6.
My mate now believes in my powers.

When you find yourself checking the Prem League table more than 3 times a day/7 days a week, you know you have finally crossed the line from mild obsession to complete crackedyupedness. I crossed that line in early February. I blame Skrtel and his opening 10 mins against the Gunners.

I could never watch penalties as Gerrard would miss when I watched them and I would leave the room, I seen his penalties this year and his has scored - now I'm starting to believe.
The team would always score when I walked out of the room or bar or whatever, I haven't missed a second this year as the team are playing brilliant stuff and they no longer need me to leave the room - now I'm starting to believe.
I f I changed the channel they would score and I use to do it a lot accidentally on purpose when we were down a goal, I don't do it any more as they don't need any help coming from behind - now I'm starting to Believe.
I use to always were my lucky Liverpool shirt as they always won when I had it on, it got destroyed in the wash and I don't wear it any more but they are still winning! - now I'm starting to believe.
I use to always have a big fry before a Sunday match as it would ensure victory, now I just eat a healthy salad as the team wins regardless - now I'm starting to believe.
I use to cross my fingers, toes arms eyes and legs when watching them defend corners but then I broke my foot and couldn't cross my toes and they would still win no matter if they concede from corners - now I'm starting to believe.

The seem to be winning a lot when I injure myself - they are unbeaten since I broke my foot and they went on a mini run in December and hammered Spurs when I strained my groin. I ****in hope they keep up the run of good form when my foot heals fully and that should be by the Chelsea game.

Just watched the 30 for 30 on Hillsborough. The recollections of the family members are truly and utterly heartbreaking.

In terms of the documentary itself, it doesn't contribute anything new to the subject, but it's a good overview for those unfamiliar with the topic.
Not much new but always distressing listening to the families. Can't remember his name but that "Lord" who made the smart comment to the family members about Liverpool fans being a minute late is a really classy individual.

Any chance you could take another one for the team? Just a broken finger, or a pulled hammy, or something, for the final run in?

We'll start a whip-a-round. Well, we won't. But we'll say we will, and its the thought that counts.

If we need it for the Chelsea game because we are down by half time, I'll see what I can do.
Not sure a broken finger would do, I could accidentally kneecap myself?

Watch escape to victory. They had to break Stallone's arm so Pele could play. Looks pretty easy.
You'll have a statue built and schools named after you!

We're buying a new couch today.

My oh hasn't been told that the old one stays until after you know when.

I've sat in the same seat for the last ten games and I'm not moving now.

my Liverpool jersey has been in a chair in my room since the Anfield Arsenal game. No-one's allowed move/touch it.

The real test is to come ..... my broken LFC mug was replaced with this :

    HAN00366.jpg

.......... the handle has just come off :eek:

So has our performance this season been directly linked to the performance of my mug .... which up to now has been fantastic.

It's now in the bin :(
