Just watched the 30 for 30 on Hillsborough. The recollections of the family members are truly and utterly heartbreaking.

In terms of the documentary itself, it doesn't contribute anything new to the subject, but it's a good overview for those unfamiliar with the topic.

Tragic. Pity it took so long for the truth to be confirmed.

Am i missing out on something silly?

Luis is on 5 yellows , yes? It says 4 on wiki but 5 was definately shown on skys little gizmo on Sunday and it's also on the premier league website

Is he not therefore suspended for Norwich, cos I've heard sweet FA about it especially with Daniel Sturridge out?

The last thing we want is for him to play and then have points deducted :(

Five yellows only result in a suspension up to December 31st. He'd need fifteen yellows for a suspension at this stage of the season.

Wut? The 5 yellows=ban thing ended up in december/jan iirc, the 10 yellows = 2 game ban window has also passed. Suarez is fine.

Just watched it myself there, I was 14 at the time, I have to admit at the time my initial reaction was shame as a result of some of the mis-information that was spouted and to be honest I have avoided watching lots of stuff about it as I just find it too emotional personally.

Heartbreaking stuff alright as you say, I lost a cousin in the Stardust fire which has some eery parallels for me anyway.

I've no idea why, but I always love seeing the older lady by the dugout celebrating (apart from the fact it means we scored or won). I wonder how many years she's been sat in that seat?

Seriously, it's better we don't win this thing. The families, children, dogs, even cats, that would be adversely affected by it. Better we just resign ourselves to the inevitable.

Well we're predicting the future, I'm not infallible in that score!

Johnson definitely has stepped up since he came back, probably our worst performing first teamer before that. Say we keep him, maybe £15 Million from Reina and Agger/Skrtel and spend about £40/45 Million should keep us right. I can see one of Aspas/Borini going as well.

Wages are important as well, I posted a link back in January hinting at how our wages levels would be under pressure because of the new PL wage limits, Reina, Johnson and Agger/Skrtel going would give us a bit more flexibility in that regard.

Sell Reina and Agger before Skrtel, he's been immense

I was just about to say the same thing. She kind of reminds me of my 70 year old Mum who never misses a game. I even thought her how to stream games so she can watch them when we're not on the telly.

My biggest regret is going to the pub for the CL final in 05 after watching every previous game of that campaign at home with her. No matter what happens now I won't be watching the last 4 games anywhere else.

Its seems Bild are picking up on the British press stories this week about Liverpool making a move for Marcel Schmelzer.
It could be a smokescreen for our move for Reus :)

    I couldn't sleep last night.
like I couldn't sleep the night before that,
or the nights I couldn't sleep last week,
or the week before that either.

Im afraid to move anything that's been in place for weeks, or change anything that that doesn't really need changing, or say anything that might invoke a change.

things must be done in the exact same order, and order must be maintained on everything cause NOTHING MUST CHANGE yet!

I've got it really really bad.

FŰCK YOU DEPUTY STAGG, FŰCK YOU!

LFC can I please have my life back before my wife and kids have me sectioned.

I don't allow my brother visit to watch games anymore. Last time he called for a game was the Southampton game at Anfield. He's now banished :)

Ha i was at that game with a mate and on the way out to the game he says "the only pool game i was at that they lost was against Southampton" i went mad at him saying why did ya open your big mouth.

I wouldn't watch matches in certain pubs or with certain people now! And i'm not even superstitious.
