ESP LTD Kirk Hammett Signature Guitar Tremolo Problems

Having big problems with the tuning on the guitar due to the fact the setup on the tremolo was messed up when I changed the strings LOoked up YouTube and it's harder than it looks. Still not getting a result Any ideas ? Thanks !

What problems are you having with the tuning? How was the tremolo messed up? What have you tried to fix it?
