Cost of BER Survey

I have to get a BER assessment done to claim the SEAI grant. What is the amount that I should expect to pay? I found one place for €95 but I dont know if that is a reasonable amount or not, it is inclusive of the €25 SEAI registration. I would have expected registration to always be included?

any price under €150 ex VAT for a standard 3 bed semi is extremely cheap

Any chance you could PM me the person you found to do it at that price? The only ones I can find are for €250 + VAT.
