Is it really beyond Duffy to say to callers who happen to have a bad line "I'm sorry XXX, I'll have to stop this call and we'll try to get a better line", rather than barking indistinctly over whatever they're saying and just cutting them off.
He really has no manners at all, has he?
On another note, can anyone understand anything anyone is saying today?
