    Is it really beyond Duffy to say to callers who happen to have a bad line "I'm sorry XXX, I'll have to stop this call and we'll try to get a better line", rather than barking indistinctly over whatever they're saying and just cutting them off.

    He really has no manners at all, has he?

    On another note, can anyone understand anything anyone is saying today? :confused:

    It doesn't matter if it's students or adults or the general populace, at some point or other, maybe when the revenue from alcohol sales into government coffers decreases maybe, just MAYBE we might have a proper debate about the appalling relationship we have with alcohol in this country.
