Personally, I think it's a good thing. All those nasty boys with rough opinions, a shrinking violent like me is scared to get a word in, the scoundrels.
We need more regulation, regulation until our eyes bleed, and then some more.
Feci, I'm off for some chips, anyoneon wwnat some.
    Poshed.

Italian chippers the best-make sure they have a picture of the Pope or a Ferrari behind the counter!. (Fake otherwise.).

Jesus forgive me!. Did I just stereotype a whole nation?. What will Uncle Joe say?.

    Hey folks, remember me?

Was in a doctor's surgery this morning (thankfully it's not leg related ) and the only thing to read was the Indo.

The great "man of de peepil" Joe appears not once, but twice in today's edition (once for yet another of his pet "projects", the other time was Ian O'Doherty giving out about him). O'Doherty's piece is amusing, but he references Wednesday's show and the Brenda Power article, Pavee Point and the ICCL......my question to you is do I break my 2 month plus Lahv Lahn hiatus to listen to it?

I must say I'm tempted, but am wondering if it's worth the price of the inner peace and calm I've found since I've stopped listening?

It was one of the more entertaining ones of recent times anyway, I'd give it a listen, just be prepared to have the earworm of "Brenda Brenda Brenda Brenda Brenda" to be implanted in your brain for the rest of the day.

Coming up at 1.45pm, Are commercial rates killing small businesses?

Lifted off the RTE website Roger.

    I'd say, that'd be a big yes.

Now, what else will we talk about?....:pac:

Well, it could go that Joe will get talking to some geezer who's had a shop in Capel Street since before the Rising, and who knew Larkin well.

So we might find out why PP was never photographed from the front, and whether Larkin had a squeaky voice! :pac:
