EIRCOM BROADBAND USAGE METER

I am having problems with my Eircom Broadband Usage Meter. Getting the following message:Poll Request Root element is missing. System.Xml.XmlException:Root element is missing.message ends with at BroadbandUsageMeterUsage.Meter.WidgetPoll(). Uninstalled the meter & reinstalled but the message keeps coming up.
