Tallinna Kalev are this season's whipping boys, almost all the players from last season left the team, they have a very young team, they even had a 16 year old in goal in their last game! Kalju can definitey thrash them imo.

Flora vs Trans is the most likely underish game of this round in Estonia imo

    Oh,well that sounds bad!

Might have to rethink the old list of bets if these go bad.Just looking at it now I wonder what I'm doing with a few of the combinations,it's all over the place.Hopefully a few work out anyway.

Over 3.5 was 1.9 in that as well, just seemed strange to me as both sides have held their own and kept tight for their first few home/away games.Has to end sometime though!

Bet for the weekend, sticking to just Trixies for now - can't see this one losing...

Sevilla (hammered Porto 4-1 and are chasing qualification, playing bottom team Betis)
Cork City (5 wins on the trot, playing 10th place Sligo who are on bad form)
Bournemouth (5 wins on the trot, top league form playing bottom team Yeovil).

I'm actually really surprised by the odds for Cork, especially since they are at home, I can see these changing by this evening. Minimum profit here from 2/3 wins is €15.

That 2/1 on Munich away in 1st leg looks great to me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,115 ✭✭✭✭eh i dunno

Is cork 8/11 dnb not a good price tonight considering the form of both sides?

You'll get bigger than that on the day

    I've taken Munich and BTTS @ 6
BTTS to score and over 2.5 goals @2.2
    And over 3.5 @3.4

At william hill. A bit out of line with the consensus, those odds.

    what makes you think that?

I'd love if that happen, but...

Bayern can rest EVERYONE for there next three league games - as they are out of sight. Because of this, they can field a fully rested team going in against Madrid

Madrid are stilling fighting for the league, and have the Copa Del Ray match against Barca coming up. They will get so much **** from spanish media if they field a week team against them - so they will pretty much be forced into putting their A-Team 5 days ahead of their Bayern game.

I think the price will drop once people start to realize Real will be facing Barca and Bayern back to back! :pac:

Because the money will be on Real to win at home that will push the price on Bayern out. 2/1 does not represent good value IMO.

Its 6 days later and Bayern have the cup final on the same day Real play Barcelona.

But to be honest , as long as Ronaldo is fit I cant see any price on Bayern being good value. If Wellbeck and Rooney can cause that many problems for Bayern, Benzema, Bale and Ronaldo will have a field day.

    1-0 and 2-0 to Atletico @ 7 and 9.5 with PP.

No meaner defence than this team.

Bale and Ronaldo offer no protection for the full backs, leaving them up against Robben/Ribery 1 on 1. It's not going to be pretty.

It's why I think overs is very likely

Best price 2.9 elsewhere. Everything bar my last 100 from my WH account is going on this.

I actually can't believe that price.

six of one half a dozen of the other, Robben and Ribery provide very little cover either. Ronaldo and Bale score more than twice as many goals as Robben and Robery though.

Personally I dont think there is any reason to back Bayern in Madrid. Overs I get but I cant see Munich beating Madrid in Madrid.

Chelsea will park the bus away from home.

    Won't be many goals.

    Both Everton and Spurs.

    I fancy;

    Crystal Palace
    Cork City
    Fulham
    Stoke
    Southampton
    Dundee

    70/1 with PP.

I've gone with Cork City DNB, Dundalk and Derry to win as a 'safe' treble and Cork/stoke/Everton/Fulham ( about 19/1) all to win as my dodgy bet for the weekend.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,346 ✭✭✭Lamposts

E Adebayor to score in 90 minutes and Tottenham to win the match 10/3

Shocked how high these odds are especially against a poor WBA side.

Got Athletico at 5/1 CL Outright this morning before the draw, now into 7/2 .
If Athletico dont pick up any injuries and Chelsea are still invovled in the PL race then I think Atl will have a field day against Chelsea.

Am on the Corkcity train tonight , taken from the other thread
Cork City, Dundalk , btts Rovers

Took a nibble at win treble, hoping some CL hangovers .
Liverpool, Dortmund (v Bayern), Lyon (vPSG)

    Acca
    Fulham , Palace, Stoke, Southampton

sometimes its great to be a bloke , all this and The Masters in HD...
    gluck to everyone

Costa and Atleti's own chase for the title will set them back a bit,but it should be interesting. On paper we have two very different ties, one most would expect to go under and one most would expect to go over.Could very well go the other way around the way these games can go sometimes. There'll be a shock or two that's for sure.

schalke seem decent odds at 8/11 or huntelaar wincast 9/5 (Bwin)
    maybe I'm missing something?

won 8 of last 9 at home, only bayern+dortmund have beaten
them there also and are 3rd in the table just 3 behind dort so
    still something to play for
eintracht frankfurt sit in 11th and look safe with nothing to play for.
they have played 7 of the 10 teams above them away from home
losing 6 of them (winning 1-0 away to leverkusen)
hunt has scored 7 goals in their last 6 games also netting
in their last three at home

I watched their last home game v hertha when the price was much
the same (Backed the hunt wincast at 2s that nite) and that
was a very comfortable win for them

will go with the huntelaar wincast at 9/5 as soon as the
    team sheets are out
skybet are 4/5 for same...why bother at all, useless lot for wincasts

    edit, hunt starts
