Mounting WW1 medals on a bar

Hi, I need to mount my Grandad's campaign medals (1914/15 Star, War and Victory medals with ribbons) on a bar so I can wear them (on the right breast, naturally) at a centenary ceremony later this year. Anybody know where I can get this done? I'm in Wexford so the nearer the better but Dublin is good for me. Cheers for any…
