Can anyone advise the best way to get from Tallaght to Swords via public transport?
I'm trying to figure out if I can apply for a job in Airside, I don't mind a long (2 hour?) commute as it would only be until I have my car going and it would be cut to a half hour...

Airport bus or one town and one out?

    What engine? 7M... ?

It'll be approx 80 notes AFAIK.

And if it is 7M* indeed, bear in mind that factory service manual has an error regarding head bolts torque specifications (thus a common problem with blown head gasket) - it says 76 Nm and proper one is 102 Nm.

€160 on new battery and programmed in!

If I were you, I'd pass the details of whoever did this work onto the Gardai. Perhaps a new key was coded whilst other things were done.

    Thanks dord.

The tyre place I've being using has being the garage I've being using since I got the car so no suspicions!
    Unless the staff are involved.

The guy who coded the battery doesnt know where I live however he works on higher end cars to mine so I'd trust him!
He's also local around these parts!

Mark 3 Supra, nice. Does it have the same engine as me or is it a 2litre?

Edit: the 1jz was Japan only.

Guys, has Mister Auto improved their delivery speed? I'm thinking of getting an EGR valve from them and would like it by Friday if I order tonight.

I couldn't see you having it by Friday tbh. I ordered wipers with them granted it was last years but it took 6-7 working days at least. Try micksgarage ?

I remembered people having problems with them alright.

It's their biggest problem is the delivery. I do t know where most of the stuff is dispatched but afaik the wipers I got came from France  in other news my golf is filthy already. I'm going to give it a good clean at the weekend. The sooner are new house is finished being renovated and were moved the better. As until then the golf will spend a lot of its time hauling stuff around and is towing a trailer most days.

Had to get premixed cement today. I nearly cried as it was loaded into the trailer and I see the wheels getting closer and closer to the wheel arch. Still plenty of power to pull the weight. Ah it's not too bad were hoping to be in in 2 weeks and it will never see a trailer again after that.

I'd be surprised if it actually failed (not working is different than failed)
Fwiw I wouldn't buy wiper blades from mister auto.
Lots of them on ebay (same part for fiat, Opel, Saab and lancia)
If you want a contact to get genuine Alfa parts pm me.
Next time you're down home I'll show you how to take the egr off and clean it if you like (very simple)

Btw can I have your old one? I want to try something;)

So, went to see Valdas today to have my BMW properly checked.
And it's painful. 900 euros to get her to near-mint condition mechanically.

    To do:
    - Diff Back Bush
    - Rear Top Stud Bushes
    - Front Anti Roll bar bushes
    - Rear trailing arm bushes
    - Exhaust middle box welded
    - Rear brake pads + discs
    - Gearbox bolts missing
    - Rear top mounts
    - Tracking
    - Full service (oil and filters)
    - ABS Sensor

All will be done next Wednesday.
