Trying to get a bill (as I cannot login to my account anymore now that I've eFibre)

Hi Im try to get a copy of a bill for my account. We recently upgraded to eFibre and we cannot login to our account to access bills which is pretty farcical. http://community.eircom.net/t5/Broadband/Efibre-account-number-and-logon-account/td-p/40716 Can a representative contact me please? Thanks
