Most Underrated Artist?

Sound good judging from the links and these sort of threads do popup from time to time.
Its not they are under-rated which means people have heard the music but didn't get them or disliked them without realizing their genius.
In a similar vein many bands fall into the 'unheard' rather than under-rated category.
Compulsion a punk from the 90's where under-rated at the time. They got some exposure but the mass's where not interested.There where too many other similar post punky/pop outfits at the time. If they where around in today's climate I imagine they would be far more successful.Good head nodding melodic punk bands are hard to find these days.
I honestly think they released two of the best albums in a glorious period of alternative music during the mid 90's and still sounds good in 2014.
