Hi, I was wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light on the legality and copyright of live music being streamed from a club/bar in Ireland? This would include bands, remixes and licensed songs.

Just wondering if a club/bar already pays rights to BMI/ASCAP to use a licensed song does that filter through to the live streaming of such songs?

Currently sussing out the legality surrounding an app I hope to develop.

    Thanks!
