I've been developing a few Windows Phone apps in Visual Studio but now I want to try my hand at developing Android apps.

I downloaded the Android SDK bundle from http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

I started the first tutorial but I'm finding at very code based for adding things like buttons etc. I'm completely new to Eclipse but isn't there a kind of WYSIWYG editor in Eclipse that will let me drop controls on the UI and then add code, similar to how it works in Visual Studio?

Sorry for the basic questions, but as I say, I'm completely new to Eclipse and have only ever used Visual Studio.
