    Beannaigh sinn a Thiarna
    Agus iad seo do thiodhlacha
    Atáimid ag dul dá gcaitheamh
    Tré Críost ár dTiarna.

    Bless us O Lord
    And those who are present
    Who are going to eat/consume
    Through Christ Our Lord.
    Amen.

    My take on it is:
    The second line -
and these Your gifts (tiodhlacha= bestowed here).
    The third line is-
which we are about to receive.
