Hi Where do you get info re:ESD changes to your handicap? Are they purely done through your club or should they be with there with golfnet stats? Thanks in advance

Whats ESD? Did you mean ESR (Exceptional score reduction)? The rules are laid out very clearly in the CONGU doc
