Insurance sent me a letter with renewal and NCB prove, but i never received it and it looks that it was lost in post. I call them and they are asking for 25E for an issue of copy of NCB. What are my options here?

Tell them that they can send it out again or the insurance ombudsman will make them. They are required to give you your certificate of no claims bonus when your policy expires as to charge you for it makes competition in the market harder.

You have no option but to pay it. It's not too bad a price either.

Ask them for their certificate of postage or other evidence and then ask them politely to send it on to you free of charge if they cannot provide that.

Just ring and say you never received your renewal letter. You'll be chatting to someone else. If you get the same guff, then use suggestion from first respondent.
