opening a creche

Hi all

Ive worked in childcare for years and decided it is time to open my own creche. Only problem is I am lost on where to start. Any advice I would be so much grateful for.

Im mainly stuck on applying for grants. As there is no company as of yet to be applying for how can I face it all. Or do I have to have the deposit and all down first. The council has been no help and early childhood Ireland also.

Thanks for any advice in advance. Im fully aware on all regulations ect. Its the initial getting started.

Have you tried contacting your local childcare committee?

I presume it is a private creche?
