How tubby before you can use a disabled parking space?

How large do you have to be so you can use a disabled parking space, does being medically obese qualify?

You have to have the blue wheelchair card, which you have to apply for through your GP. He will tell you if you are likely to qualify, but in the end its up to the people who give out the cards.
