Binary Options - any legit platforms or all just scam

Hi everyone

the last topic on this is over a year ago (if I did the search thing right), so my question is, although binary options is a legitimate trading "strategy", are all the specific binary option platforms scams?

Is there a platform that is regulated and you can do it in a legitimate way?
