Sounds like you've got a bit of a compulsive disorder there along the lines of anorexia or bulemia, like these women who think they look like disgusting blimps even though they better resemble a stick insect.

I'd be more on her "less vile" bit. I'd bet she's beautiful but hung up on her body hair. She could be hung up on worse, but it would be better if she just saw herself as she probably is, beautiful with or without a bit of hair. If a hair's a dealbreaker, the person doing the criticising is a douche. Maybe she's met too many douches.

A guy who prefers shaved doesn't necessarily mean bald - just tidy and minimalist. I agree; overgrown is not comfortable IMO. But that doesn't mean a requirement to be bald either.

Why do people talk about waxing their vagina? Surely everyone knows that the vagina is the internal birth canal, lined with mucus membrane.

The hairy area is the vulva, or the fanny, box or gee etc. There's no shortage of words to describe it so no excuse for saying "vagina" in the wrong context.

Nobody would call a scrotum a foreskin. Why is there such ignorance around women's genitalia?

I blame the Church. That or if a woman walked into a beauticians and asked them to wax her vulva, chances are she'd be sent down the road to Timmys Car valeting.

It's personal choice, surely. I used to have hair down there and waxed it all off recently. I don't think I'd go back because it's much handier and I like the feel of it and the increased sensation. But I ain't no kid, trust me. The whopperjabs give that away, not my lack of pubic hair.

But if someone wants to have a bush, more power to them. It's between that girl and whoever she chooses to show it to.

If you've a big black bush though, it's more for the comfort thing than appearance. Hair is thicker and longer. No way would I agree with getting it all taken off, just tidied.

Serious question - What about guys? If they aren't as fastidious as yourself about shaving/waxing do you feel sick and tell them to GTFO? Must be quite tricky, trying to work out if a guy is hairless below before pulling
