Tyre rotation

    is it ok to put the back tyres on the front and vice versa ? I noticed that there is two grooves down the centre on the back tyres and only one thread in the centre on the front.

    Yes, it's fine. Just make sure that they are still on the right side as tyres can be directional (it'll be an arrow on the side).
    Not sure what you mean by one thread on fronts but unless tyres are worn down it's fine to rotate.
