Tuning "other channels" on Sky

Does anyone know the frequency of ITV 4 on the Sky box. Just heard that Moto GP highlights are being shown on the Monday night after the GPs. Just checked and have no "other channels" tuned in so any other frequencies or where I can get them would be a help.
