Mixed genre. Though I prob should have been either a goth or rocker in school.

Boxty recipe if you interested: -

1. Peel a potato
2. Finely grate the potato
3. Squeeze out the juice/starch from the potato
4. Add floor and butter milk (fresh milk will do) -> Mix
5. Add mixed herbs, salt and pepper to flavour. -> Mix
6. Fry in butter on a low heat (its raw potato it takes a while to cook)

Yeah but all the effort to take out the blender and then clean the thing. If you were doing more than one potato, it would be handy alright.

Don't think that's what my Mammy makes. Are they pretty-much pankcake-y then? Thin like if it's from the mixture. It sounds the same but the ones she makes are very thick. Kinda like a sandwich.

I had to look up Trailer this morning. Wasn't sure which was which a Tractor one or a Cinema one. Trailer or Trailor. From what I gather they're all Trailer actually. Trailor is just a mis-spelling.

Hahaha no it's not a Crisp-sandwich.

She definitely does fry them though. It's thick not thin pancake-y. I presume she must just freeze the liquidy-mix that ye're on about.

Tayto S&V Sandwich nyommy. Salt & Vinegar Crisps are great for taking the hunger off ya!
